About our Housing Projects

Pacific court is a residential estate located in Atican Beachview Estate, Okun-Ajah, Lekki Phase 2 Scheme, Lagos state. The court contains 10 housing units of 4 bedroom terrace, semi-detached, and 5 bedroom fully detached duplexes with associated amenities and infrastructures.

The purchase process include a payment plan of 0-6 months. payment after which the receipt and contract of sales is sent.

Documents gotten upon payment include Receipt, Contract of Sales, Deed of Assignment, Letter of the allocation for the registered survey and Governors Consent.

March is selected as the start date to allow sufficient time for designs, reconnaissance and any form of preliminaries i.e site setup, procurement of materials, and finalizing logistical arrangements. Beginning in March provides a buffer to address any unforeseen delays and ensures a smooth kick-off.

An 18-months duration will be allocated for the project. This timeline accounts for the construction phases, from foundation laying to finishing touches. It accommodates various stages of development, allowing for meticulous attention to detail and finishes without compromising on quality or safety. 3 months in case of any form of force majeure or variation.

About our Land Estates

Green city is a landed property development by Baay Projects. The project was designed to provide an unparalleled living experience in a natural and serene environment. Located in the scenic Ketu-Epe area, Green City is more than just a typical real estate development. It is a carefully planned community that prioritizes sustainability, innovation, and modern amenities, making it the ultimate country home destination.

There is no restriction on the number of units you can acquire in Green City. You can purchase as many units as you desire.

The documents provided by Green City Estates comprise a registered survey, a deed of assignment, and a Certificate of Occupancy (currently under review).

The client is set to receive the following documents: a receipt and a sales contract. Upon the successful completion of the payment, the deed of assignment and the registered survey will be provided.
